MutuaCity, the new application from Mutua Inmobiliaria, has selected Etecnic and its EVcharge platform to improve the user experience at electric vehicle charging points located in its buildings.
The project, developed by Etecnic360, has been designed as a comprehensive solution aimed at optimizing both the management of the charging infrastructure and the experience of end users, directly addressing existing technical and operational challenges.
Identifying needs, regulations, and grants
The project builds upon an already operational charging infrastructure, with chargers installed in various Mutua Inmobiliaria buildings. However, significant limitations in network connectivity were detected in underground parking lots, which hindered proper charging management and negatively impacted the user experience.
Given this situation, the need arose to:
