Sitges adds a total of 13 charging points for electric vehicles.

On this occasion, 2 charging points have been installed: 1 ultra-fast charging point with a power of 90.4kW and 1 semi-fast charging point with a power of 22.2kW. Both using the SELBA model.

With these new installations, the city council manages to improve the sustainability of the municipality, promoting the decarbonization of the vehicle fleet.

The chargers are managed by the city council itself, with the intelligent management software, EVcharge. A SaaS platform implemented in more than 10,000 charging points. Etecnic performs the operation, maintenance, and technical assistance duties.

MOVES III Program

The Sitges City Council has accessed the Moves III grant for the installation of these charging points. In recent years, Etecnic has successfully managed over 90% of MOVES Plan applications.
