Last week, we celebrated a new edition of the Etecnic Days, an internal initiative that brought together the teams from our Madrid offices, the Northern Delegation, and our Reus headquarters for two days. A space designed to strengthen bonds, foster innovation, and keep growing together as an organization.

An experience to drive talent and collaboration

During these days, we developed activities aimed at shared learning, continuous improvement, and consolidating a corporate culture based on proximity and commitment. The schedule included:

  • Internal training sessions focusing on the upcoming new features of EVcharge, our technological platform for the smart management of charging infrastructure.

  • A communication workshop to boost personal skills and improve coordination and efficiency between teams.

  • Active listening spaces, where every single team member could share ideas, needs, and proposals for improvement.

These dynamics not only allowed us to align objectives and reinforce our capabilities but also to strengthen the sense of belonging and participation.

A dynamic activity to experience our solutions firsthand

Friday’s schedule included a practical team activity that replicated the complete charging process, from planning to implementation. This experience was highly rewarding, particularly for our new hires, who were able to gain an in-depth understanding of the operations and real-world challenges of our technological solutions.

The journey took us from Reus to Sant Carles de la Ràpita, where we visited the Musclarium aquaculture center, discovering the breeding process of mussels and oysters in the Ebro Delta. We wrapped up the day with a team lunch in l’Ametlla de Mar, in a relaxed atmosphere that allowed us to celebrate our collective achievements.
