On September 25th, 2025, we participated in the open conference organized by Enercluster Conecta and the EDER Consortium in Tudela. The event gathered public administrations, companies, and citizens from the Ribera de Navarra region to debate on how to take the first steps in electric mobility, ranging from households and fleets to municipalities. We would like to highlight the valuable participation of companies such as Ingeteam, Rios Renovables, Naitec, and Volkswagen at the conference.
Etecnic’s Vision
Fernando Moreno, Northern Zone Delegate at Etecnic, highlighted the importance of expanding the public charging network in Navarra to address the reality of many users:

“Between 6 and 7 out of every 10 cars are parked on the street. Public charging must be accessible and always operational.”
Foundations to consolidate electric mobility
Three core pillars were highlighted to advance the transition to electric mobility:
- Data-driven planning to locate strategic charging points and correctly scale power capacities.
- User experience and interoperability, guaranteeing ease of use, diverse access methods, and connection with other networks.
- 24/7 operations and maintenance to ensure confidence and charging point availability.
A Promising Future
The conference also addressed other key aspects, such as the integration of self-consumption and energy storage in charging infrastructure, while shedding light on the present and future development of autonomous electric vehicles. El evento concluyó con un espacio de networking que permitió compartir experiencias y generar nuevas sinergias.
At Etecnic, we reaffirm our commitment to developing infrastructure that makes electric mobility accessible in Navarra and across the territory, encouraging a fair and sustainable transition.
