Mataró City Council is installing new charging points for electric vehicles. These consist of three SELBA semi-fast chargers, with a three-phase power output of 22 kW (32 A) and two sockets for connecting TYPE-2-F plugs; two LAFON fast chargers with a power output of 55 kW (80 A) and 41 kW (60A), and one DBT fast-charging unit with a power output of 55 kW (80A), all featuring three sockets for connecting TYPE-2-F, CHADEMO and CCS plugs.
With this new installation, the City Council is improving the municipality’s sustainability by promoting the decarbonisation of the vehicle fleet.
The charger is managed by the Council itself using the smart management software, EVcharge. This is a 100% hardware-neutral SaaS platform specialising in energy and electric mobility, based on EVcharge’s experience and innovation in the sector.
