At Etecnic, our mission has always been to raise the efficiency, availability, and quality of service of this infrastructure. However, in the face of increasingly larger and more heterogeneous networks, traditional management is no longer enough; the future demands an evolution from reaction to anticipation.\r\n\r\nUnder this premise, we have recently concluded a key innovation project within the framework of the <a style=\"color: #00a8e8; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eoi.es\/es\/padih\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PADIH program (Support Program for Digital Innovation Hubs)<\/a>. In this scenario, Artificial Intelligence is not just a trend, but the master tool to ensure a network that is always available and ready for the future.\r\n\r\n<\/div><br><\/div><br><\/div><br><\/div><br><\/div><br><\/div><br><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\" style=\"margin-top: 35px;\">\r\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"26.4px\"><b>The challenge: transforming data noise into intelligent knowledge<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<\/div><br><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-2 fusion-flex-container nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row fusion-flex-align-items-flex-start fusion-flex-content-wrap\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\">\r\n\r\nThe expansion of electric mobility generates a huge volume of operational data every second. However, the real challenge is not capturing this data, but structuring it so that it tells us a useful story. During the project, we faced the complexity of normalizing highly diverse information sources due to the technical disparity of the chargers.\r\n\r\nThanks to the collaboration with the <a style=\"color: #00a8e8; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;\" href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fundaci\u00f3 Eurecat<\/a>, we have worked on milestones that define our new technical roadmap:\r\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; padding-left: 20px;\">\r\n \t<li style=\"margin-bottom: 8px;\"><strong>Define a clear methodology<\/strong> for the charging process, classifying behaviors and operational typologies.<\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"margin-bottom: 8px;\"><strong>Integrate data from heterogeneous systems<\/strong> into a solid and normalized base that allows large-scale analysis.<\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"margin-bottom: 8px;\"><strong>Analyze thousands of real sessions<\/strong> to identify behavioral patterns that previously went unnoticed.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div><br><\/div><br><\/div><br><\/div><br><\/div><br><\/div><br><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\" style=\"margin-top: 35px;\">\r\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"26.4px\"><b>Technological exploration: algorithms that learn from the network<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<\/div><br><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-2 fusion-flex-container nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row fusion-flex-align-items-flex-start fusion-flex-content-wrap\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\">\r\n\r\nWe have not limited ourselves to applying standard solutions. The project has involved a deep experimentation phase with different algorithmic approaches designed for the analysis of complex time series.\r\n\r\nWe have evaluated AI models capable of analyzing sequential patterns and, most importantly, detecting minimal deviations from the expected behavior of the systems. This technical validation not only confirms that we are on the right track, but also defines a <strong>clear technological roadmap<\/strong> for the future evolution of our infrastructure management platform.\r\n\r\n<\/div><br><\/div><br><\/div><br><\/div><br><\/div><br><\/div><br><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\" style=\"margin-top: 35px;\">\r\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"26.4px\"><b>Towards predictive maintenance: a commitment to the user<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<\/div><br><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-2 fusion-flex-container nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row fusion-flex-align-items-flex-start fusion-flex-content-wrap\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\">\r\n\r\nThe most valuable result of this work is the foundation of a <strong>predictive maintenance<\/strong> model. We no longer wait for a charger to fail to act; we are building the technological capacity to:\r\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom: 20px; padding-left: 20px;\">\r\n \t<li style=\"margin-bottom: 8px;\"><strong>Anticipate technical incidents<\/strong> before they affect the end-user service.<\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"margin-bottom: 8px;\"><strong>Minimize downtime<\/strong>, reducing the impact of breakdowns on the network.<\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"margin-bottom: 8px;\"><strong>Optimize maintenance processes<\/strong>, achieving smarter and more efficient resource management.<\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"margin-bottom: 8px;\"><strong>Guarantee maximum network availability<\/strong>, reinforcing the reliability of electric mobility in our territory.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/div><br><\/div><br><\/div><br><\/div><br><\/div><br><\/div><br><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\" style=\"margin-top: 35px;\">\r\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"26.4px\"><b>Collaborative innovation with a purpose<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<\/div><br><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-2 fusion-flex-container nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row fusion-flex-align-items-flex-start fusion-flex-content-wrap\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\">\r\n<div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\">\r\n\r\nWe have traveled this path hand in hand with the technological ecosystem, with the support of the <a style=\"color: #00a8e8; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;\" href=\"https:\/\/dih4cat.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Catalonia Digital Innovation Hub (DIH4CAT)<\/a>. For Etecnic, innovation is not an isolated concept, but a continuous commitment to service improvement and sustainability.
