Let&#8217;s see how.<\/p>\n<h2>The importance of charging points for corporate sustainability<\/h2>\n<p>The installation of charging points is not only important from the standpoint of corporate sustainability, but also <strong>to comply with sustainable mobility plans.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As stated in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.transportes.gob.es\/el-ministerio\/campanas-de-publicidad\/ley-de-movilidad-sostenible-y-financiacion-del-transporte\/ley\/titulo-ii-fomento-de-la-movilidad-sostenible\/capitulo-ii-planificacion-y-gestion-de-la-movilidad\/seccion-1-instrumentosde-planificacion\/articulo-26-planes-detransporte-sostenible-al-trabajo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Article 26 of Sustainable Commuting Plans to Work<\/a>, companies must comply with a series of requirements from the moment the Mobility Law enters into force. <strong>It is expected to be approved at some point before the end of 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Within a period of 18 months from the entry into force of the law, public entities and companies must implement sustainable transport plans for work centers with more than 500 employees or 250 per shift.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The plans must be monitored to evaluate the implementation of the measures.
