Etecnic, recognized as Best SME at the 2025 International Mobility Awards for its Smart Pricing project in the ultrafast charging HUB<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Etecnic has been recognized as the best private company – SME<\/strong> in the 5th edition of the International Mobility Awards<\/strong><\/a>, organized by Empresas por la Movilidad Sostenible<\/strong>, with the endorsement of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, the CONAMA Foundation, and the Royal Academy of Engineering.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This award honors the development of projects such as Smart Pricing<\/strong>, a technological solution designed by Etecnic to optimize the profitability and energy efficiency of electric vehicle charging infrastructures<\/strong>. The system allows prices to be adjusted dynamically based on demand, contracted power, and the availability of renewable energy, integrating with the EVcharge<\/a> management platform to offer a comprehensive, intelligent, and sustainable solution.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

One of the most representative projects where this innovation will be applied is the WEIDERAUTO ELECTRIC Ultrafast Charging Hub<\/strong><\/a>, which will be launched soon. This hub, powered by solar energy, will feature 9 ultrafast chargers<\/strong> (8 of 120 kW and 1 of 180 kW) and will prevent up to 1,200 kg of CO\u2082 per day<\/strong>, offering a charging experience optimized both in energy efficiency and quality of service.<\/p>\n

During the award ceremony held in Madrid, Etecnic’s CEO, Jorge R\u00edos Cort\u00e9s<\/strong>, stated:<\/p>\n

Furthermore, Etecnic has played a key role in the ProMEC project<\/strong> in Cape Verde<\/strong>, which was awarded the Special International Award<\/strong> in this same edition. In partnership with IMPULSO<\/strong> and EVcharge<\/strong><\/a>, it has contributed to the deployment of the first national public smart charging network in West Africa<\/strong><\/a>, featuring 110 operational chargers<\/strong> and a customized digital platform that is transforming mobility across the archipelago’s nine inhabited islands.<\/p>\n
