On June 25th<\/strong>, Etecnic<\/a> had the honor of participating in the commemorative event for the 40th anniversary of the Institut Catal\u00e0 de Finances<\/a> (ICF)<\/strong>, held at the Palau de Pedralbes<\/strong>. Our General Manager, Ramona Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, spoke as a panelist in the round table discussion \u201cICF, past, present and future\u201d<\/strong>, sharing the stage with prominent figures from the economic and institutional spheres.<\/p>\n

A key day for public financing in Catalonia<\/h3>\n

The event, which brought together more than 300 attendees<\/strong>, was presided over by the Most Honorable Mr. Salvador Illa<\/strong>, President of the Generalitat, who stressed the importance of the financial system with a resounding statement:<\/p>\n

\u201cIf there is no good financial system, there is no economy that works.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

For her part, the Minister of Economy and Finance<\/strong>, Al\u00edcia Romero<\/strong>, highlighted the role of the ICF as a \u201clever for transformation\u201d<\/strong>, and announced that 1,817 young people have already shown interest in the new Emancipation Loans<\/strong>, a line recently activated to facilitate access to first-time home ownership.<\/p>\n

Etecnic, an example of green transformation and business innovation<\/h3>\n

During the round table, Ramona Mart\u00ednez<\/strong> presented Etecnic’s experience as a leading company in electric mobility and energy transition<\/strong>, highlighting the strategic support of the ICF<\/strong> in innovation projects. She recalled that Etecnic received financing to boost its own network, which allows testing new innovation programs<\/strong> developed internally by the technical team.<\/p>\n

This collaboration has been key to the development of technologically advanced projects and to consolidating Etecnic’s leadership in comprehensive charging solutions for electric vehicles<\/strong>, thus continuing the path towards a smarter, more sustainable, and more efficient mobility.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With more than 37,000 companies and entities financed<\/strong> and a volume exceeding 16,000 million euros<\/strong> in loans, guarantees, and venture capital, the ICF has been a fundamental player for economic growth, territorial cohesion, and the promotion of transformative projects in Catalonia for four decades.<\/p>\n
