At Etecnic<\/strong>, we have the privilege of contributing to the development of the first electric charging flexibility project in Spain, a pioneering initiative led by Galp, with the collaboration of Minsait<\/a> (Indra Group), OMIE<\/a>, and with the support of the Institute for the Diversification and Saving of Energy (IDAE)<\/a> through the MOVES Proyectos Singulares II program, funded by the European Union’s Recovery and Resilience Facility.<\/a><\/p>\n

An innovative infrastructure in strategic locations<\/h3>\n

The project has deployed 29 charging stations<\/strong> of different types and power capacities, including innovative solutions such as second-life batteries and ultrafast chargers with integrated storage, located in Andalusia, Catalonia, and Madrid.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This infrastructure<\/strong> not only expands the charging network but also validates a completely digitalized and connected model within the electrical grid<\/strong>, capable of offering demand flexibility services and integrating directly into local flexibility markets. All of this unlocks new business opportunities and optimizes energy management in a smart and efficient<\/strong> way.<\/p>\n

Etecnic’s role: digitalization and intelligent management<\/h3>\n

From Etecnic, we have been responsible for the design and implementation of the charging infrastructure’s operation system, working on:<\/p>\n

  • Integration and aggregation<\/strong> of energy demand through communication criteria and protocols.<\/li>\n
