On this occasion, we speak with Mauro Da Silva, Innovation Manager at the company, to learn about his vision, background, and the challenges he is leading from his position.<\/p>\n<h2>Interview with Mauro Da Silva<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Tell us about your professional background. Additionally, I have trained in Artificial Intelligence through courses such as AI Fundamentals. I began my career in the automotive sector, especially in European projects related to autonomous driving and connectivity, which allowed me to develop various skills in product management and eCall certifications. This path has naturally led me to focus on innovation as a transformative axis, applying technological and strategic knowledge to drive new business models and projects with real impact.<\/p>\n<h3>What particularly motivates you about the world of innovation?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What excites me most is seeing how an idea can become a real solution that improves people\u2019s lives or transforms the operation of an entire sector. Innovation goes far beyond technology \u2014 it\u2019s an attitude, a mindset that allows us to question the status quo, anticipate challenges, and turn them into opportunities. It\u2019s where creativity, strategy, and impact converge. I firmly believe that to innovate is to adapt, to anticipate, and to stand out. The companies that innovate are the ones that set the pace of the market \u2014 not the ones that follow it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"34\" data-end=\"64\">Mauro Da Silva emphasizes:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"66\" data-end=\"185\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><em data-start=\"66\" data-end=\"185\" data-is-last-node=\"\">&#8220;To innovate is to adapt, anticipate, and differentiate. The companies that innovate are the ones that set the pace.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3><b>Can you tell us about some key projects that you are driving at Etecnic?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>A key project is <strong>Smart Pricing<\/strong>, a dynamic pricing system that uses real-time data to optimize charging station prices and encourage the use of renewable energy sources. It\u2019s highly valuable because it not only addresses a technical challenge but also opens the door to more sustainable and user-centered business models.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"360\" data-end=\"730\">We are also deeply involved in <strong>FlexAbility<\/strong>, a national project focused on flexible electricity demand management. Etecnic acts as a technology provider, adapting the EVcharge platform to operate in distributed environments and respond to signals from the electrical system. It\u2019s a great example of how we help shape regulatory frameworks and emerging energy markets.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"1057\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Finally, within the <strong>Misiones 2025<\/strong> framework, we are working to develop smart energy solutions for new scenarios. We\u2019re talking about load rotation algorithms, predictive charging planning\u2026 All of this allows us to expand our expertise in electric mobility into new areas and demonstrate adaptability and long-term vision<\/p>\n<h3><b>How do you envision the mobility of the future?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"34\" data-end=\"492\">The mobility of the future will be<strong> intelligent, decentralized, and interoperable<\/strong>. It&#8217;s not just about moving from one place to another, but about an ecosystem where vehicles, people, and infrastructures are connected, make informed decisions, and optimize resources. Charging stations will become active nodes, data will guide users, and everything will be designed with sustainability and energy efficiency as the starting point \u2014 not just the end goal.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"494\" data-end=\"803\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">But it must also be <strong>fair and inclusive<\/strong>. We need to ensure that everyone has access to quality services, whether in cities or rural areas, and remove economic or technological barriers.
