Etecnic, recognized as Best SME at the 2025 International Mobility Awards for its Smart Pricing project at the ultra-fast charging HUB<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Etecnic has been recognized as the Best Private Company \u2013 SME in the 5th edition of the International Mobility Awards<\/strong><\/a>, organized by \u201cEmpresas por la Movilidad Sostenible<\/strong>\u201d, with the support of the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, the CONAMA Foundation, and the Royal Academy of Engineering.<\/p>\n

This award recognizes the development of projects like <\/span>Smart Pricing<\/b>, a technological solution designed by Etecnic to <\/span>optimize the profitability and energy efficiency of electric vehicle charging infrastructures<\/b>. The system enables dynamic price adjustment based on demand, contracted power, and the availability of renewable energy, and is integrated with the EVcharge management platform to offer a comprehensive, intelligent, and sustainable solution.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the most representative projects where this innovation will be applied is the <\/span>WEIDERAUTO ELECTRIC ultra-fast charging hub<\/b>, which will be launched soon. Powered by solar energy, this hub will feature <\/span>9 ultra-fast chargers<\/b> (8 of 120 kW and 1 of 180 kW) and will help avoid up to <\/span>1,200 kg of CO\u2082 per day<\/b>, offering an optimized charging experience in both energy efficiency and service quality.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the award ceremony held in Madrid, Etecnic\u2019s CEO, <\/span>Jorge R\u00edos Cort\u00e9s<\/b>, stated:<\/span><\/p>\n

Headquartered in Reus and with over a decade of experience, <\/span>Etecnic has established itself as the third-largest electric vehicle charging operator in Spain<\/b><\/a>, currently managing <\/span>more than 16,000 charging points<\/b>. The company is committed to a development model based on proximity, technical expertise, and sustainability, offering turnkey solutions for public administrations, businesses, and private operators.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, Etecnic played a key role in the<\/span> ProMEC project <\/b>in <\/span>Cabo Verde<\/i><\/b>,<\/span><\/i> which received the <\/span>International Special Award<\/b> in this same edition. In partnership with <\/span>IMPULSO and EVcharge<\/a><\/b>, Etecnic contributed to the deployment of the<\/span> first national public smart charging network in West Africa<\/b>, with <\/span>110 operational chargers<\/b><\/a> and a customized digital platform that is transforming mobility across the nine inhabited islands of the archipelago.<\/span><\/p>\n
