El mateix text legal ho defineix aix\u00ed al seu article 2: <em>la pot\u00e8ncia m\u00e0xima te\u00f2rica que el punt de rec\u00e0rrega pot proporcionar, no la que estigui configurada avui.<\/em><\/p><br><p style=\"font-family: 'Poppins', sans-serif; font-weight: 300; color: #444444; margin-bottom: 15px; font-size: 15px;\">Un l\u00edmit fixat per software, reversible des del panell de gesti\u00f3, no canvia la capacitat f\u00edsica de l&#8217;equip: a efectes d&#8217;AFIR, el carregador continua comptant pel que pot lliurar, no pel que avui se li permet lliurar.
