Uneix-te a la revoluci\u00f3 de la mobilitat el\u00e8ctrica amb Etecnic i aprofita al m\u00e0xim l&#8217;impuls del Pla MOVES III.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Junts podem portar el teu projecte al seg\u00fcent nivell.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>El Reial decret aprovat introdueix canvis a les bases reguladores del programa MOVES lll<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idae.es\/sites\/default\/files\/documentos\/ayudas_y_financiacion\/MOVES_III\/MOVES_III_GUIA_CIUDADANOS_INFRAESTRUCTURA_13112023.pdf\">modificacions introdu\u00efdes a les ajudes del pla MOVES III<\/a> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">publicat a IDAE destaca:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1. Canvis en les ajudes (% de cost subvencionable):<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Fins al 31\/12\/2023: Els ajuts varien segons el tipus de sol\u00b7licitant i la ubicaci\u00f3 de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3. Per exemple, per a particulars, aut\u00f2noms i comunitats de propietaris, l&#8217;ajuda \u00e9s del 70% en general i del 80% en municipis de menys de 5.000 habitants.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">A partir de l&#8217;1\/01\/2024: S&#8217;introdueixen noves quanties d&#8217;ajuda i s&#8217;ajusten als l\u00edmits del nou RGEC (Reglament General d&#8217;Exempci\u00f3 per Categories). Aquests ajuts es diferencien m\u00e9s entre tipus de sol\u00b7licitants i ubicacions, amb percentatges que varien entre el 20% i el 80%.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2. L\u00edmits de l&#8217;ajuda:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Per a particulars, el l\u00edmit \u00e9s de 5.000\u20ac per expedient.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Per a aut\u00f2noms i PIMES que s&#8217;acullen al Reglament de minimis, el l\u00edmit \u00e9s de 200.000 euros acumulats en tres anys o 100.000 euros per a aut\u00f2noms en transport de mercaderies per carretera.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Per a empreses, administracions i comunitats de propietaris, el l\u00edmit \u00e9s de 800.000 per expedient, amb un m\u00e0xim de 25 milions d&#8217;euros per convocat\u00f2ria.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3. Costos Subvencionables:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">S&#8217;hi inclouen costos com el projecte, obra civil, enginyeria, infraestructura de rec\u00e0rrega, connexi\u00f3 a la xarxa, adequaci\u00f3 de terrenys i costos per permisos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es consideren elegibles els costos de <\/span><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/etecnic.bisiestodeveloper.es\/ca\/uncategorized\/panells-solars-coches-electrics\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">producci\u00f3 renovable<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, emmagatzematge local denergia, <\/span><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/evcharge.net\/plataforma\/?tab3\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sistemes de pagament integrats<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, senyalitzaci\u00f3,<\/span><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/etecnic.bisiestodeveloper.es\/ca\/projectes\/smart-pricing-calcular-cost-carrega-ve\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sistemes de gesti\u00f3<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, control i seguretat.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>4. Procediment de Sol\u00b7licitud:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les sol\u00b7licituds s&#8217;han de fer a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;aplicatiu de la comunitat aut\u00f2noma corresponent. En aquest punt, <\/span><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/etecnic.bisiestodeveloper.es\/ca\/avada_portfolio\/torre-inbisa-de-barcelona-installa-51-punts-de-recarrega\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">empreses <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i <\/span><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/etecnic.bisiestodeveloper.es\/ca\/uncategorized\/quasi-tots-els-pobles-dosona-han-optat-per-etecnic\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ajuntaments <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">han contractat Etecnic per al tr\u00e0mit, gesti\u00f3 i posterior justificaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>5. Realitzaci\u00f3 de la Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Els particulars, aut\u00f2noms, comunitats de propietaris i administracions sense activitat econ\u00f2mica poden fer la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 des del 10 d&#8217;abril.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Les empreses i administracions amb activitat econ\u00f2mica han d&#8217;esperar que la seva comunitat aut\u00f2noma obri la convocat\u00f2ria per sol\u00b7licitar l&#8217;ajut.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>6. Documentaci\u00f3 Necess\u00e0ria per a la Sol\u00b7licitud:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Per a particulars i aut\u00f2noms es requereix fotoc\u00f2pia del DNI\/NIE, certificat d&#8217;alta en el Cens d&#8217;Empresaris, certificats d&#8217;estar al corrent amb obligacions tribut\u00e0ries,&#8230;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les empreses i comunitats de propietaris necessiten presentar fotoc\u00f2pia del NIF, documentaci\u00f3 de representaci\u00f3 i declaracions sobre la seva condici\u00f3 i ajuts rebuts. Si la vostra empresa necessita ajuda en el proc\u00e9s, <\/span><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"\/?page_id=3007\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Etecnic pot ajudar-vos en el proc\u00e9s.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>7. Justificaci\u00f3 de la Inversi\u00f3:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">S&#8217;han de presentar mem\u00f2ries t\u00e8cniques o projectes d&#8217;instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 segons la pot\u00e8ncia instal\u00b7lada aix\u00ed com factures detallades, justificants del pagament i certificats d&#8217;instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 el\u00e8ctrica (CIE).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aquestes modificacions afecten <strong>empreses, persones jur\u00eddiques i administraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica que realitzin alguna activitat econ\u00f2mica i\/o mercantil<\/strong>, les quals tenen un termini de sis mesos per ajustar-se a les noves disposicions, \u00e9s a dir, <strong>s&#8217;han de fer les modificacions abans del 31 de desembre de 2023 .<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Un cop se t&#8217;hagi atorgat la subvenci\u00f3, l&#8217;adjudicatari t\u00e9 12 mesos per completar i legalitzar la infraestructura de rec\u00e0rrega.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si est\u00e0s considerant fer el pas cap a la mobilitat el\u00e8ctrica, no et quedis sense temps i prepara&#8217;t amb un especialista com Etecnic!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/etecnic.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/MEM-TEC-CAT.png\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Les noves infraestructures hauran de ser capaces de suportar funcionalitats de rec\u00e0rrega intel\u00b7ligents<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Per al cas de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de punts de rec\u00e0rrega i implantaci\u00f3 de noves infraestructures de rec\u00e0rrega que permetin la transfer\u00e8ncia d&#8217;electricitat amb una pot\u00e8ncia inferior o igual a 22 kW, aquestes <strong>hauran de ser capaces de suportar funcionalitats de rec\u00e0rrega intel\u00b7ligents.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La rec\u00e0rrega intel\u00b7ligent \u00e9s l&#8217;optimitzaci\u00f3 del proc\u00e9s de rec\u00e0rrega, on l&#8217;energia subministrada al vehicle el\u00e8ctric s&#8217;ajusta en temps real o diferit. S&#8217;aconsegueix mitjan\u00e7ant una plataforma de gesti\u00f3 i control amb OCPP, com \u00e9s el cas <a href=\"https:\/\/evcharge.net\/\">d&#8217;EVcharge<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aix\u00ed mateix, la modificaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;RDL exigeix que la intensitat nominal de producci\u00f3 d&#8217;electricitat in situ no excedir\u00e0 la pot\u00e8ncia nominal o la capacitat de prove\u00efment m\u00e0xima de la infraestructura de rec\u00e0rrega a qu\u00e8 estigui connectada. <strong>Segons c\u00e0lculs del ministeri, s&#8217;estima que aquestes modificacions \u201cafecten menys del 2% dels expedients\u201d.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>\u00c9s compatible la deducci\u00f3 fiscal fins a un m\u00e0xim de 15%?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El juny del 2023 es va aprovar una deducci\u00f3 fiscal fins a un m\u00e0xim del 15% a les declaracions de l&#8217;IRPF relatives a inversions en vehicles el\u00e8ctrics o punts de rec\u00e0rrega que s\u00f3n <strong>compatibles amb el programa Moves III.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Deducci\u00f3 per la Compra de Vehicles El\u00e8ctrics:<\/strong> Si adquiriu un vehicle el\u00e8ctric, podreu deduir el 15% del valor d&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 a la vostra declaraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;impost sobre l&#8217;IRPF. La deducci\u00f3 s&#8217;ha de practicar en el per\u00edode impositiu en qu\u00e8 va matricular el vehicle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Deducci\u00f3 per la Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de Sistemes de Rec\u00e0rrega de Bateries per a Vehicles El\u00e8ctrics:<\/strong> Els contribuents poden deduir el 15% de les quantitats satisfetes per a la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de sistemes de rec\u00e0rrega de bateries per a vehicles el\u00e8ctrics en un immoble de la seva propietat. Aquesta deducci\u00f3 \u00e9s aplicable sempre que la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 no estigui afectada a una activitat econ\u00f2mica.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les deduccions s\u00f3n aplicables sempre que la compra del vehicle el\u00e8ctric o la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de sistemes de rec\u00e0rrega per a VE es facin del 30 de juny de 2023 al 31 de desembre de 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Etecnic expert en ajudar empreses i governs<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Durant la vig\u00e8ncia del Pla MOVES III, Etecnic ha ajudat, fins avui, m\u00e9s de 70 empreses a <strong>tramitar<\/strong> les seves subvencions.
